The decision
The gate compares at least two candidate architectures against owner-defined, non-negotiable conditions and mandatory adverse disturbances. A faster design cannot compensate for an authorization, containment or recovery failure.
The result is advisory architecture evidence. It is not a penetration test, compliance certification, proof of a secure system or deployment authorization.
